8 female footballers were among the 423 recruits’ officers of the Ghana Prisons service who passed out after months of Para-Military training at the Prisons’ Officers Training School in Accra.

Black Queens duo Juliet Acheampong and Azume Adams, Ruth Animah and Helena Obeng of Black Princesses and Abigail Tutuah and Abena Pomade also from Black Maidens were part of the recruits.

Kubrah Aboubakari and Selina Kuru are also recruits who added to the 8 players to have been inducted into the Prisons Services.

The ceremony which was also held at that Prisons’ Officers Training School saw hundreds turning up in support of the inductees.
