Head coach of Blessed Ladies, Alhassan Sumani has picked positives from their embarrassing 17-0 loss against the Black Queens and wants a re-match after the WAFU competition.

The Kasoa-based outfit were smashed into irreparable pieces by the female senior national team in a preparatory game played yesterday.

In a post-match interaction with NBSportslive, the coach said:

“This is a very good test for Blessed Ladies.

“So far, we have been able to identify our mistakes and we will rectify them when we get back to the training grounds.

“After the tournament, we will go for a re-match against the Queens.”

Ghana are in the same group with 2017 finalists and hosts, Cote D’Ivoire, Senegal and next-door neighbours, Togo in Group A of the WAFU tournament.
