Hello and welcome along to live coverage of Thomas Tuchel’s pre-match press conference ahead of the Champions League Group H clash with Juventus in Turin.
Chelsea kicked off the defence of their European crown with a 1-0 win over Zenit St Petersburg in their opening Group H clash a fortnight ago and now they have headed to Italy to take on Juve, who won Serie A nine times in a row before they were dethroned last season by Inter Milan.
Juve are now, of course, without Cristiano Ronaldo after he left the club to join Manchester United in the summer. Former manager Max Allegri has returned to coach the Italian giants, with former midfielder Andrea Pirlo ditched after just one season in charge of the club he used to play for.
Juventus had a bit of a stinker to start the season but they have won their last two Serie A games to push them up to 10th in the table, while they also won their opening Champions League game as the eased past Malmo in Sweden.
For Chelsea, their unbeaten start to the season came to an end at the weekend as they were beaten 1-0 by Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.
