Chelsea vs Brighton betting preview – Football.London

Chelsea will be looking for their first back-to-back Premier League wins in two months when they play against an out-of-form Brighton side at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are the favourites at 2/5 with Grosvenor Sport while Brighton are 15/2 and a draw is 15/4.

Thomas Tuchel’s side saw their form dip and drop down to third after spending seven consecutive gameweeks there.

They now have the chance to overtake second-place Liverpool who lost to Leicester City last night and close the gap on current leaders Manchester City to just three points.

Meanwhile, Graham Potter’s side will be hoping to build on their win on Boxing Day which ended a very unwelcomed winless streak.

The Albion were on an 11-match winless run before picking up their first league win since September when they welcomed Brentford at the AMEX.

Player to watch

Romelu Lukaku seems to have finally shrugged off that injury that has been pestering him for the best part of this season.

The Belgian was on the scoresheet in Chelsea’s away win at Villa Park after coming on in the second half.

The striker is likely to cause problems against a makeshift Brighton defence that will be without their captain and leader Lewis Dunk.
