Arsenal utility man Ainsley Maitland-Niles is attracting offers from both Everton and AS Roma.
The player is considered surplus to requirements by manager Mikel Arteta and wants to leave the club in January in pursuit of more game time with reports rife that he might move to Italy despite interest from the Premier League.
According to The Athletic, Niles wants to leave the Emirates in January with Everton and AS Roma ready to battle it out to sign him up on a potential loan deal next month.
The England international was close to joining Everton last summer but the move was blocked by Arsenal. The hope that he would make a cut in Arteta’s squad hasn’t gone as planned with the player restricted to just 283 minutes of Premier League action this season.

The player has fallen behind Thomas Partey, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Granit Xhaka, and Mohamed Elneny in the pecking order with the Gunners said to be keen on signing a new midfielder in January.
Guido Rodriguez has emerged as one of the options, whereas Arteta is also keeping an eye on Arthur Melo.
