Arsenal will be looking to extend their winning streak when they travel to Carrow Road on Boxing day.
The Gunners have picked up maximum points against Southampton, West Ham and Leeds, which sees them currently sit in fourth place and they will certainly fancy their chances against rock bottom Norwich City.
Manager Dean Smith spoke about how the status of his squad will be a lot clearer after the next round of PCR testing but he did go on to say that first-teamers Mathias Normann, Grant Hanley, Milot Rashica and Andrew Omobamdiele are all unavailable for selection during the festive period.
As for Arsenal, Mikel Arteta is still expected to be without Callum Chambers, Pablo Mari and Sambi Lokonga, who have all tested positive for Covid-19.
Another player who could be a doubt for the Boxing Day clash is right back Takehiro Tomiyasu.
The Japan International has been nothing short of sensational since arriving in England but was forced off the pitch in the 64th minute against Leeds after struggling with an injury.
“It was more of a muscular injury. He has got a big load on him because he has played every single minute since he’s joined us and even this week, he has been struggling a little bit,” Mikel Arteta said in his post-match conference.
With regards to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the Gabonese international’s future at the club remains in serious doubt following his latest disciplinary breach, with Arteta confirming yet again that the former club captain is unavailable for selection.
