Giants, Hasaacas Ladies yesterday flogged their counterparts Hasports Ladies 4-0 in a preparatory game ahead of the Normalization Committee’s Special Competition. The giants from the west stamped their authority and reemphasized their ambitions of claiming the special competition with a resounding victory over Hasports Ladies.

Gifty Assifuah opened the floodgates after 12 minutes before Benedicta Peprah doubled the lead to send Hasaacas Ladies into a comfortable lead at half time. Gifty Assifuah wasted no time in inflicting more misery to Hasports Ladies, she grabbed her brace in the 78th minute to round up the demolition exercise at the Bompeh park.

Experienced defender Janet Egyir was given an opportunity to stretch her limbs in the second half, however Linda Eshun didn’t feature in the goal fest yesterday. Next up for the three-time National Women’s League winners will be a travel to Lady Strikers in their first group game of the soon-to-start competition.
