Senior Emily Loprete of the Holy Cross field hockey team has been selected to participate in the 2018 Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division I Senior Game.

The game features top seniors from around the nation and gives them a chance to represent their school and play against and with their peers. It will take place in conjunction with the NCAA Division I Field Hockey Championship in Louisville, Kentucky at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16.

Loprete led the team this season with 13 goals and one assists for 27 points. The goal and point totals led the Patriot League as well. Her .76 goals per game ranks 16th across all of Division I. She scored three goals in the Crusaders first win of the season, 4-0 over Colgate. Loprete also tallied the overtime game-winner at La Salle in a 5-4 victory. The Watertown native wraps up her career with the Crusaders with a total of 39 goals and nine assists for 87 points, which puts her in the top ten all-time in program history.
