Manchester United have ‘advantage’ over rival in pursuit of Boubacar Kamara and other transfer rumours – Manchester Evening News

Manchester United are reportedly interested in Boubacar Kamara as they join AC Milan in the hunt for the midfielder.

The Reds’ hunt for reinforcements in the middle of the pitch is no secret with their interest in Declan Rice and speculation surrounding their interest in Frenkie de Jong and Aurelien Tchouameni.

Fred has recently given Ralf Rangnick something to think about after coming into criticism during his role in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side but since the German’s introduction has put in a number of good performances.

Marseille midfielder, Kamara, has been linked with a move to Old Trafford but there is competition with Stefano Pioli’s side looking to acquire his services.

That is according to Calciomercato, who report that Rangnick is an admirer of the Frenchman with his stature of and qualities catching the eye of the 63-year-old.

It is said the Reds have the power to overtake last season’s Serie A runners-up due to their financial power.

Milan are eyeing a midfielder with Franck Kessie’s contract still yet to be agreed meaning the Ivorian will be available on a free transfer in the summer.

Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford is wanted by PSG as Mauricio Pochettino’s side have reportedly joined the race to sign him.

Barcelona are said to be the latest club to lodge an interest in the England international according to Mundo Deportivo.

The report says that Rashford is open to a move to the Camp Nou due to the competition for places at Old Trafford but the Parisiens could join the pursuit and have already made contact.
