MVP winner Victoria Appiah was full of praises to the top hierarchy of Hasaacas Ladies and her coach as she dazzled in the friendly against Hasports Ladies yesterday. Three-time winners of the National Women’s League, Hasaacas whitewashed Hasports in a friendly game played at the Bompeh park in which debutant Victoria Appiah claimed the MVP award.
Speaking to NB Sports, the grateful player said:
“First and foremost, I return all the glory to God. This is my first outing for Hasaacas Ladies and everything went on well for me.
“Again, I want to express my gratitude to the top brass of the club and the head coach, who gave me the opportunity to play today’s game.”
Appiah will be expected to replicate the same form when Lady Strikers host Hasaacas on Saturday in the Normalisation Committee’s Special Competition.
