Nigerian Women Football league side Royal Queens of Warri has unveiled its team’s new football kits as it also rebrands the team.
The unveiling which took place in an undisclosed venue on Friday saw some of the team players putting on the all white and Red Jersey to showcase the new phase of the team.
The new Jersey portrays the team’s logo and some special designs to differentiate it from the previous ones.
The team believes such step or action is a great tool in helping the team improve in coming season.
Formerly known as Olori babes before their promotion to the premier league, Royal Queens qualified for the top flight league after finishing at the top of the pro league table with 9 points alongside former champions Pelican stars.
Nicknamed the Canadian Gees, Royal Queens have been placed in Group B alongside neighbor’s Delta Queens, NWFL current champions Rivers Angels, Lagos land ladies FC Robo Queens, Ibom Angels, Heartlands Queens of Owerri, Osun Babes and Adamawa Queens
