”We are joining the elite of the footballing world by having the men and the women sides playing in the Champions League, teams like Manchester City, FC Barcelona, Juventus and Paris Saint- Germain are some of the powerhouses of football that have representatives in both sections.
”If you ask anyone who was the first team coach to win SWNL it will always be Mamelodi Sundowns and Jerry Tshabalala. It hasn’t sunk in yet that we would be representing South Africa in the Champions League, I’ll only believe it the day we play our first game.”
