The president of Lower Margibi female club, Jabu Girls has urged girls to take advantage in playing women’s football in Liberia.
Joshua F. Tamba said it’s challenging in lower Margibi County to get girls involved into women’s football because most of them have the perception that the sports soccer is only for male.
He explained that women participation in soccer has brought flavor to the game since the ascendancy of LFA boss Mustapha I. Raji.
According to him women’s soccer played vibrates roles in the society; adding that girls who plays the sports are less likely to be involved in an unintended pregnancy and have higher level of confidence.
He noted that it’s the right time for girls to take advantage of playing women’s soccer and make all of the necessary use given.
