Three-time Premier League winner says Manchester United won’t win league under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer – Manchester Evening News

A three-time Premier League winner has declared that Manchester United will never win the league under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the manager is not on the level of his peers.

Robert Huth, who won two Premier League’s with Chelsea and one with Leicester City has said that he cannot see how Solskjaer can manage this team to a title ahead of the three other manager’s ahead of him.

Although just two points off the top of the table, Manchester United will need to bounce back after a number of disappointing results.

United also have a brutal run of fixtures coming up, as they’re set to play Leicester City, Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal, Watford and Atalanta all within the next weeks.

And Huth has stated Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City all have superior managers than United, which will be his downfall.

Speaking to BonusCodeBets, Huth said: “There are three other teams with three other managers that are standing in Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s way of winning the league and he’s not at their level yet.

“There are games where his decisions to take players off or rest players haven’t always worked out.

“It’s not an easy job at all but Thomas Tuchel, Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp are just a level above him at the moment and for him to beat them over the season is not impossible, but I wouldn’t put any money on it!”
