Ghana’s female senior national team, Black Queens will be opening camp at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence on Monday, August 5 as part of preparation ahead of the 2020 Olympics Games qualifier against Gabon.

Black Queens will engage Gabon in a two legged qualifier fixture on 26 August, 2019 with the return encounter on the 3rd September, 2019.

Black Queens will be camping for the first time since winning bronze in the 2019 WAFU Zone B hosted by neighbours Ivory Coast.

The Mercy-Tagoe led team will be seeking to redeem their image in a major tournament after failing to live up to the Host-and-win tag in the 2018 AWCON which Ghana crashed out at the group stages.
