Spanish club SD Eibar femenino has signed Ghana Black Princesses forward Olivia Anokye, from National Women’s league side Sea Lions.
Anokye 19, played for two years in the Freshpak national women’s league for Elmina based club Sea Lions.
Olivia has inked a 1-year deal with the Spanish outfit SD Eibar femenino on Friday after successfully passing medicals.
The stalwart forward was a member of the Sea Lions’ side that featured in the Normalisation Committee Women Special Competition, featuring in all the games for the Elmina based outfit.
Eibar reinforced in order to fight to be at the top of the Second Iberdrola Challenge Division. Olivia is the first Ghanaian player and second on the African continent to sign for the newly formed women’s team after the club has announced Nigeria Super Falcons forward Charity Adule last month.
