21:06 CEST: Fiorentina join the fight for Guedes
Valencia are looking for 30m euros for Goncalo Guedes this summer and there are several clubs who might be willing to pay that. Sevilla are believed to have offered 20m euros and now Fiorentina have reportedly offered 18m euros plus 2m euros more as add-ons. But, both offers are still well below Valencia‘s asking price.

Diego Laxalt, who arrived at AC Milan in 2018 and who spent last season on loan at Glasgow Celtic, is set to leave the club. Dynamo Moscow are set to sign the Uruguayan for 3.5m euros.

Harry Kane wants out of Tottenham this summer and has been linked with Manchester City. It is now believed that the striker is close to signing for the Premier League champions. It would be a huge transfer if Manchester City can finish the job and pull this off.

There is a list of Real Madrid players who Los Blancos won’t let go this summer, according to ABC. The players in this select group are said to be Thibaut Courtois, David Alaba, Eder Militao, Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Vinicius and Karim Benzema. Casemiro and Fede Valverde could end up on that list too.
18:00 CEST: Domino effect: Inter want Emerson to replace Achraf
Achraf Hakimi seems increasingly likely to leave Inter this summer, with Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain both keen on bringing him in, and Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that Inter want Emerson Royal to come in and replace him. Emerson has just completed his permanent move to Barcelona for nine million euros, so it would need to be a good offer for the Blaugrana to accept. Barcelona do, however, urgently need money in order to address their perilous financial situation.
17:30 CEST: No progress with Real Madrid and Ramos
Sergio Ramos’ contract at Real Madrid comes to an end on June 30, but MARCA can reveal that while Los Blancos’ renewal offer to the captain has expired, if he accepted it they would reconsider their stance and welcome him back into the fold. ABC, however, report that no offer is on the table and Real Madrid are preparing for Ramos’ departure.
17:00 CEST: Varane has plenty of suitors
Raphael Varane could depart Real Marid this summer, with El Chiringuito’s Josep Pedrerol revealing that he has offers from Manchester United, who are the frontrunners for his signature, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain. Real Madrid hope to receive around 60 million euros for the 28-year-old, who has one year left on his contract.
16:30 CEST: PSG confirm Wijnaldum signing
Paris Saint-Germain have announced the signing of Georginio Wijnaldum, who will officially join when his contract at Liverpool expires on June 30. The Dutch midfielder had been tipped to join Barcelona, but a last-minute offer from PSG saw him change his mind. Wijnaldum has penned a contract until 2024 and will earn 9.5 million euros per year.

Liverpool are weighing up whether to launch a bid for Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez as a replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum. Saul’s release clause is 150 million euros, but Los Colchoneros will likely accept a fee significantly below this.

Celtic have appointed Ange Postecoglou as their new manager, with the Australian being on a 12-month rolling contract.

14:30 CEST: Sancho reaches agreement with Manchester United
Manchester United’s interest in Jadon Sancho has lasted for some time now, and Fabrizio Romano reports that the Red Devils have agreed terms with the Borussia Dortmund winger, who will put pen to paper on a deal until 2026. The final fee with Dortmund has yet to be negotiated, but it is set to be between 90 and 95 million euros.

Marcus Thuram has emerged as a possible reinforcement in attack for Tottenham Hotspur, following the Frenchman’s breakout year at Borussia Monchengladbach.
13:30 CEST: Interest in Kounde
Jules Kounde is set to be one of the big names of this summer’s transfer window, with the Athletic reporting that Real Madrid, Barcelona, Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are all interested in the Sevilla centre-back. Barcelona, due to their perilous financial situation, would look to include players in the deal, but this is not to the liking of Monchi. Instead, Sevilla hope to receive a fee of at least 70 million euros for Kounde.
13:00 CEST: Fonseca set to take over at Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur are still searching for a replacement for Jose Mourinho, but Paulo Fonseca is now set to take charge at Spurs on a deal until 2024. The Portuguese coach left Roma, where Mourinho conveniently been appointed, this summer after two years with the Giallorossi.

Farhad Moshiri, Everton’s main shareholder, has put Rafa Benitez’s name on the table as a possible replacement for Carlo Ancelotti. Nuno Espirito Santo had been tipped to take over, but Crystal Palace are now hoping to bring him to Selhurst Park.
12:00 CEST: Chelsea look to hijack PSG’s Achraf deal
Chelsea are determined to land Inter right wing-back Achraf Hakimi and, according to the Sun, they are willing to include Emerson Palmieri in a cash-plus-player deal. Paris Saint-Germain had been close to securing Achraf’s signature, but now Chelsea have come to the table with a last-minute offer. The Blues are also keen on signing Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland and are willing to offload a series of players in order to raise funds, including Tammy Abraham and Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Maurizio Sarri was confirmed as Lazio’s new boss on Wednesday, and he hopes to raid former club Chelsea by trying to lure Ruben Loftus-Cheek to Rome. La Gazzetta dello Sport also highlight Atalanta’s Josip Ilicic, Napoli’s Matteo Politano and Bologna’s Riccardo Orsolini as options in attack.

Lionel Messi is expected to put pen to paper on a new contract at Barcelona, but that is only expected to be for the next couple of years. Then, the Miami Herald report, Inter Miami are keen on signing the Argentine superstar, with club owner David Beckham having already held talks with Messi.

Massimiliano Allegri, who has returned to Juventus as head coach, has made clear to the Bianconeri that he wants Paulo Dybala to sign a new contract, according to various reports in Italy. The Argentine forward has one year left on his deal and is free to speak to new clubs about a free transfer from January 1. La Gazzetta dello Sport then note that Juventus will turn their attention towards either Sassuolo’s Manuel Locatelli or Barcelona’s Miralem Pjanic. Allegri is prioritising Dybala’s future over that of Cristiano Ronaldo right now.

Bayern Munich are keen for Kingsley Coman to renew his contract, with two years set to run on his current deal, but Bild report that the French winger’s wage demands are not aligned with that of the German club. For the time being, negotiations are at a standstill.
