Transfer stories are coming thick and fast this week with Manchester City stepping up their pursuit of Jack Grealish.
The £100million transfer could take place before the end of the week, with Pep Guardiola keen to snap up the England international midfielder before the start of the season.
What it means for Man City’s pursuit of Harry Kane is yet to be confirmed.
Arsenal are still in the market for James Maddison after proposing to Leicester City a swap, while Romelu Lukaku has reportedly informed Inter Milan he wants to return to Chelsea.

Arsenal make fresh Maddison offer
Leicester City are insisting on a cash-only deal for James Maddison as Arsenal are willing to offer Joe Willock as a makeweight.
Mikel Arteta is a huge admirer of the 24-year-old as the north London club look to sign a creative midfielder before the transfer window closes.
But with the Gunners already spending £75million so far in the transfer window after the acquisition of Ben White from Brighton, they are unwilling to meet the Foxes £60m valuation.
Alternatively, Arsenal were looking into the possibility of a part exchange with the likes of Joe Willock, Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah potentially being offered as a sweetener to drive the price down for Maddison.
But football.london are now reporting that it’s Willock who has been put forward as a makeweight as the Gunners have opened negotiations with Leicester for Maddison.
Lukaku ‘wants to leave Inter Milan’
Romelu Lukaku is keen to leave Inter Milan if they receive a suitable offer from Chelsea.
The Blues are lining up a third bid for the Belgian striker between £100m and £110m.
Lukaku was initially happy to stay at the San Siro despite the speculation surrounding his future.
But now it’s claimed he has told the Serie A outfit he wants to leave the club if their valuation is met, reports the BBC.
Coutinho linked with Liverpool return once again
Philippe Coutinho has been linked with a return to Liverpool again.
The midfielder has been tipped to reunite with Jurgen Klopp’s men this summer with his Barcelona future in doubt.
Nothing has materialised just yet but Mundo Deportivo explains that the player’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, is working in the background for a deal with Tottenham and Liverpool are interested in the playmaker.
If Klopp loses a star in the transfer window, he could replace them with Coutinho as he remains ‘on their radar’.
Man Utd could get cash boost
Manchester United’s transfer kitty could be boosted if Romelu Lukaku and Wilfried Zaha join a new club this summer.
Chelsea are set to launch a third bid for Lukaku as Inter Milan have made it clear they are willing to cash in on their star man given their financial predicament.
And the same goes for Zaha whose future at Crystal Palace is up in the air this summer.
Grealish ‘torn’ about leaving Aston Villa
Jack Grealish is reportedly ‘torn’ about leaving Aston Villa for Manchester City.
The 25-year-old is on the verge of joining Pep Guardiola’s side in a £100million deal and is set to become the most expensive British signing ever.
But it wasn’t an easy decision for the England midfielder as he was reluctant to leave his boyhood club who he has been with for 17 years, according to Sky Sports.
Jack Grealish has a £100m release clause in his Aston Villa contract. It’s been very difficult for him to leave the club he’s supported all his life and been at for 19 years. He was absolutely torn about whether to stay at Villa or move to Man City

Vieira bullish on Zaha
Crystal Palace boss Patrick Vieira is determined to keep hold of Wilfried Zaha amid interest from elsewhere.
The winger has regularly been linked with a Selhurst Park exit with Arsenal among those targeting him.
Zaha has also reportedly informing management earlier this summer that he wants to quit the Eagles.
Nevertheless Vieira said he’s “looking forward to working with him” after holding a “good conversation” with the forward about his future.
City close on Grealish
Jack Grealish will have his Man City medical today ahead of a move from Aston Villa.
The switch will see the playmaker become the most expensive English player of all time with a fee of around £100m touted.
City have also been linked with Harry Kane but will need to offload players if they want him to follow Grealish to the Etihad.
Lukaku’s chat with Chelsea boss Tuchel
Tuchel has reportedly already been in contact with Lukaku over the proposed move.
But according to Belgian outlet HLG Lukaku was hugely impressed with what Tuchel had to say, with his agent Federico Pastorello ‘not expecting’ his client to turn the Blues down.
The piece also states that Tuchel has promised Lukaku “heaven”, and the German clearly sees the forward as the player who can fire them to glory next season.
