The females national women’s team of Ghana has arrived in Ghana this morning after competing in the Alanya Gold City Cup in Turkey.
Black Queens won silver after the tournament ended on 10th March 2020. The entire entourage has safely arrived home and are currently at the M Plaza Hotel in Accra.
The team is expected to break camp for the players to return to their mother clubs ahead of the on going Women’s league.
Mean while, reports suggest the African Women’s Cup of Nations and WAFU Zone B championship is scheduled to start later in the month, coach Mercy Tagoe will be looking forward to call up players ahead of the national assignment.
