“The victory means allot to Nigerians and not me alone. Allot is going on in the country and the world at large. Everywhere is quiet because of the Corona Virus/disease but everyone today is jubilating because of our victory and I’m happy of that.
“Gradually, we are moving. We improve day by day. I think before our match in Conakry, the Guinea ladies saw us as an under dog until we surprised them in front of their fans.
The Dreamstar ladies of Lagos technical adviser look forward to picking up the World Cup ticket against Ghana in the last round of the qualifiers.
” We are putting the victory aside now. Focus is now on the last round. We are going back to make amends on our mistakes against the Ghana game.
“The World Cup is not a child’s play, there is still more to do and work is in progress already and I assure you that we will get to India without loosing focus because that’s my aim, target and mission.
The Flamingos will play the final round of the qualifiers against Ghana in May.
